In all my many years of catering, after hundreds and hundreds of jobs, I've only had one real complaint. I consider myself ahead of the game.
I try very hard to make every single client happy. They pay a premium for my services, so the overarching goal is to respond accordingly with professional services. No business succeeds if the clients are left grumbling and pissed off. When expectations are not met, the problems begin. So I try to be open, honest, and straightforward in all aspects of what we do, hence the sprawling website.
Sometimes, despite all our best efforts, it's not enough. Some people will *never* be satisfied. In the rare event that a complaint comes my way, I'll take it very seriously. I'll try my hardest to make it right again if we truly failed in some way, I'll make corrections where corrections are necessary, and strive for improvement. My goal is to keep this list to an absolute minimum.
