In all my many years of catering, I've only had one real complaint.   I consider myself ahead of the game.

Things have a great potential to go wrong in mobile catering.    Vehicular issues, Equipment failures, Weather-related issues, and Logistics of the event site, are among the many dynamic factors that can combine to effect the final outcome of your event.    I know you don't want to hear excuses, and believe me, I don't want to give any....    We work as hard as we can to have contingency plans and workarounds so we can perform your job professionally.    Also trying hard to have the right people onhand, who are trained properly, who are reliable, courteous and professional.    

Sometimes, despite all our best efforts, that's not enough.       In the rare event that things go south, I'll try my hardest to make it right again, make corrections where corrections are needed, and strive for improvement.     My goal is to keep this list to a minimum.     But there are those people who will *never* be satisfied...
