CATERING SUPPORT TO OTHER CATERERS:

Since I have a lot of experience with the onsite work, my equipment allows me to be prepared for situations that typical caterers aren't normally prepared for. I've learned many lessons the hard way, and my equipment trailers are damned handy to have around when you're under the gun to knock out a big party. A bumper sticker I saw sums it up: "When the Going Gets Weird, the Weird Turn Pro!". I understand the production environment, and always work towards being part of the solution, not part of the problem. I'm quite certain I hate whining as much as you do.
I have a great deal of fun with these types of jobs....I enjoy working as part of the "behind the scenes" crew and take great pride in the gig turning out OK.

A frequent request from other caterers is to support their event with a Roasted Pig (since they frequently don't have Pig Roasters). Click over to "Pig Roast Packages/Pricing" and check out the "Roasted Pig Only" option. I can easily come in with no vehicular markings, to make it look like it's "All you". .
