REASONS TO HIRE US
A few years back, I was one of a small handful of people who specialized in Pig Roasts/Mobile Catering. Nowadays, there’s more local competition. Regretfully, in order to help my customers know more about me, my own website became a “How To” guide for others to copy my business model...and they did! Also keep in mind that any 14yo kid can figure out how to make a slick looking website. Ask yourself if you want to save a couple of dollars being the guinea pig of an upstart operation, or do you want it done professionally? The smarter shoppers who understand the depth of the statement "you get what you pay for" choose us...(or they will next time)!!
1. Years of Foodservice Experience. I'm been a NJ State Certified Food Manager for more years than I can remember. (NRAEF SafeServ Certification). I've been professionally handling food since College (1982), and have performed hundreds upon hundreds of mobile catering events and Pig Roasts, of all sizes and types. Staffers are uniquely selected for the needs of your event, many of which are foodservice professionals themselves, and many have been with the operation for years. We're a mature operation with years of experience.
2. Cleanliness/Sanitation/Safety: I maintain a Catering License with the Denville, NJ Department of Health. The operation is annually inspected, and a Sanitation Certificate/Sanitation Report is granted upon successful inspection. Copies of all documents are found online here: CATERING LICENSE / SANITATION CERTIFICATE/ SANITATION INSPECTION REPORT. Onsite, we carry support equipment to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness possible. (Mobile Dishwashing apparatus, etc). Particular attention is paid to food safety, and to a wide variety of other physical safety issues. In short, this is not a filthy, scary operation.
3. We Specialize in Offsite Catering. This is not a restaurant or deli who does this on the side, with minimal equipment. We don't just "Drop off Trays & Run". Outdoor Mobile Catering is our Primary focus and Specialty! We also have connections in the industry to further support your event. After hundreds of Pig Roasts, we've got it down to a science.
4. Proper Equipment, We've accumulated an array of specialty equipment to properly and safely support your event.
5. High Quality, Fresh Foods with All the Fixin's. We don't cheap out. Name Brand items are used exclusively. All items are the freshest and highest quality possible.
6. We Really Care! We realize that your event is extremely important to you. It's important to us too! We rely on "word-of-mouth" advertising and we get nowhere if you're not happy. People rave about us for a reason.
7. We Get Re-Hired! Many clients are repeat customers. That's a clue that we're the right guys. Some of those customers came to us after "learning the hard way" with the poor services of other competitors.
8. We Roll with the Punches. Sometimes unexpected situations emerge. We've done this enough to anticipate these problems and have workarounds already in place.
9. You want to Enjoy Yourself at your Party! Let us do all the hard work. You have guests to talk to!
10. Insured/Registered/Professional: We carry Workman's compensation, General Liability Insurance., and Equipment Insurance policies. We work with signed contracts and have specific business policies.. We're also an "LLC". This eliminates surprises, and gives everyone involved more protection, in one way or another.
