Custom Menu Possibilities:  

In case you were wondering....  We use the Freshest Possible ingredients and Highest Quality Brand Name items exclusively.   Skimping is NOT something we purposely engage in.  Sussex Meat Packaging in Wharton is the primary meat supplier (and the best one around).   Costco is the supplier of condiments, papergoods, burger/hotdog rolls, some of the salads.  Restaurant Depot Supplies Stuff we can't find at the Costco.    Bon Appetite Catering (Denville, Rt 10) is sometimes the supplier of higher-end salads.   Viking Bakery (Denville) provides special (small) bread orders.   Anthony & Sons Bakery in Denville supplies large quantities of Bread for jobs to huge headcounts.    Freshest (possible) Produce comes from: Apple Cart (Wharton), Ashland Farms (usually for Corn) (Flanders) and Supermarkets.      Small stuff comes from various local supermarkets.          The only time we might utilize off-brand bargain items is when we're trying to meet a strict budget for huge headcounts, and this is only done at the host's request.

Cold Soft Drink Package:  (For Insurance & legality reasons, I cannot offer Alcoholic Beverage Services.  Sorry.)

An Array of 2Liter Bottles of Sodas (Brand name, Diet and Regular).    Also includes large Jugs of Juices.   "Serve Your Own" style.   The Bottles are placed in a large iced cooler.   A Bucket of Fresh Ice is served on the side.   Includes Large & Small Cups.     Drink Boxes & Pouches for kids, if requested.
