EDDIE'S PORTABLE PIG-OUT:
PIG ROASTS FOR LUAU THEMED PARTIES
Many of our Pig Roasts are in support of Luau Themed parties, very often for Casual Weddings. We often get called to be the centerpiece! In fact, I'd go so far as to say I'm becoming a regular on the "Luau Circuit" of Luau-specific entertainers. A very common scenario: The small wedding was held in Hawaii for close family and friends, and now the happy couple wants to host a casual Luau themed party back at home for everyone else. Say no more... Whatever the circumstances, we're happy to support your event!
Between our Grass skirting and Lei's, coupled with the Fancy Presentation featuring some Pineapples, Coconuts, Grapes and Bananas.......and the staff wearing our Ill-fitting, un-ironed ugly Hawaiian shirts, we can actually come across somewhat convincing, for a couple of Northern NJ Hicks. The Fancy Presentation is included in many roast packages. (The Grass skirting and Lei's are by special request only, and only available on one of 4 roast trailer platforms).
Please click over to the Pig Roasts section of the website for much more information.
We'll do a knock-out job on the Pig, and will sauce it with Polynesian style sauces... Whole Roast Chickens and even Whole Roasted Fish do nicely in addition to the Pig. But I have to be honest...we're not the best guys in town for authentic Hawaiian Luau Faire (ie., The Lomi Lomi Salmon, the Poi, Huli Huli Chicken, etc). If that's what you're after, consider using our services for the centerpiece only, and have another caterer (or yourself) handle all the authentic dishes (from another table). Either that, or have us do "the Big Pig Gig" featuring The Pig, Whole Chickens, Corn, 3X Salads, Rolls, Baked Beans, Melons, Chips, etc. (Please see Pigroast Pricing pages for more info).
Please Call (973) 627-2722 to Discuss Your Event. Usually 6pm-10pm, Weeknights. Please leave a Message otherwise. Also be sure to mention the potential date(s), estimated headcount, location, and the nature of the event. Thanks!
