Greetings Everyone!   I hope all finds you well.    Catering season is now over, and I'm enjoying my offseason.    This is the time of year when I finally get the chance to "catch up" with all the friends/family I've been blowing off for the last 5 months.     It's also the time where I can explore some other hobbies and interests.   Badly needed time off. 

I am now on an extended hiatus while I try to retool and upgrade the business.    I'll know more as I get closer, but the Hiatus may have to extend into the 2012 catering season, or beyond!     To make a long story short, the Dept of Health has asked me to establish better facilities, which is an enormously complicated and expensive undertaking.       The following link gives a sense of what I'm dealing with, and will be updated with the status of the project.   http://www.eddiesportablepigout.com/indexhiatus.html
