WINTER 2010
Greetings Everyone! Hope you've had happy and healthy holidays and are enjoying the winter season. I'm definitely enjoying the down-time my off-season presents. This is the time of year when I can catch up with all my friends, and just "do something different" for a few months. I've done some backpacking, and have been playing around with a wood BBQ smoker (among other things). It's nice to have some time off. (My offseason runs from November to April, and normally do not take jobs during that window).
I'm just starting to get some calls regarding pig roasts for the upcoming catering season. Sort of lit a fire under my butt to get my act together. I've updated my pricing pages, and have even added a new page geared towards Pig Roasts to larger headcounts. (forcing second truck/trailers/roasters/manpower). You can view that HERE.
