Overview:    I have a full time job during the week, so catering discussions are limited to "after hours".    The business can't support administrative staff yet, so it's a "One Man Show".   Voicemail and "Phone Tag" is the way it has to be for now.     I'm also a very, very busy guy.     Please bear with me.    I always try to return all catering phone calls asap.

 

-(973) 627-2722 Home.      Weeknights, 6pm-9pm is the best time to call to speak with me directly.     Avoid Monday & Wednesday nights when I'm usually out Mt. Biking.  (I get home around 9:00pm on Mt. Biking nights).     Calling Friday/Saturday is a bad bet in the heart of catering season, because I'm usually out either running around prepping for a job, or on the job itself.   Sunday's are hit or miss.       I remotely check my Voicemail Often, so please leave a message.     I'm also given a notification via email that a message is waiting.

 

-(973) 634-0897  Cell.     I keep this off mostly, and I'd rather you didn't call me here unless it's a "day of event" emergency.   I keep it on the morning of your event.     Also has Voicemail.

 

-My daytime "work" phone number is purposely not listed, since I'm not allowed to "Talk Catering" at my primary job.   Leave voicemail on my Home machine and I'll get back to you ASAP.

 

Hint:  If you're inquiring about a job, on your message, please be sure to leave Your Name, Phone Number, Date(s), Estimated Headcount, and Location for your proposed event.

eddie@eddiesportablepigout.com   I live on email, so I usually reply rapidly.      If you email this particular address, it actually gets forwarded automatically to two places, which I monitor constantly; My work email and my primary home account (Optonline.net).        Unfortunately, I'm finding that the email forwarded to the Optimum online account is not always coming thru quickly, and sometimes, not coming thru at all!!!   If I don't respond within 24 hours, assume I didn't get the email.   Please call.             

 

eddiezucker@optonline.net  This is my primary home account, which is used for all catering discussions.    If you send email to the "eddie@eddiesportablepigout.com" address, replies will usually originate from the "optonline" address. 

 

My work email is not listed here, because I'm really not supposed to use that account to handle "Catering Stuff". ..but due to glitches in the Optimum Online account, replies may come from the work address. 

 

-Please Note:   Email doesn't always transmit properly.    Between SPAM filters, Server outages, and other related ISP issues, occasionally emails might not show up.     As a professional courtesy, my Modus Operandi is to return all emails and all phone calls as soon as my busy schedule allows, even if the news is not good.    So if I don't return your email in a timely manner, consider the probability that it's a glitch in the system, and call me directly.      If I didn't respond to a voicemail, consider that the number you left may have been unintelligible.   Please Call again.
