Interesting Random Comments

 

This is intended to be a place to put all the nice and interesting comments that come to me via email.     I get some wonderful comments from my clients, usually right after the event, or sometimes even years later.    I also get some interesting comments from other caterers, and occasionally from random web surfers too.      It seems a shame to delete this stuff, so I'm posting them here as anonymous tidbits.  As usual, never enough time to nurse this page properly, so it's short.    But still worth keeping...

Hi Ed, Thank you so much for such a successful and enjoyable pig roast!! My husband and I are thrilled with the way everything turned out.  Some people who attended the party are still talking about it.  What a magnificent presentation of the pig!  We couldn't believe how amazing it looked with all the fruit around it.  It was a sight to behold.  One of my guests said that you were very professional and organized.  We felt the same way, too.  I so much appreciate your upfront business approach. You tell your customers exactly what you expect from them, and what they should expect from you. And you deliver exactly what you say you will. I am sure that this is what makes your roasts so successful. Reliability, dependability, precision, and a high degree of professionalism.  Good luck to you in all of your future roasts, and thanks again for such a wonderful and memorable event!! We were very pleased, you did a great job and there wasn’t a piece of pork left!  I was so looking for that next day tasty leftover but it was all gone.  We will gladly recommend you anytime for your BBQ abilities.     Thanks again and boy you clean up great too, if it wasn’t for the many compliments, we wouldn’t of even known you were there after you cleaned up.  Great Job!!

Sorry it took me awhile to respond but our computer was down for a while.  When we got home, I had wanted to write you immediately with my "thanks"! 

It was WONDERFUL, effortless, and stressless!  My Husband & I don't wig out over the little stuff as it is, but the was nothing that went wrong anyway.  Our families traveled from FL, NC, and VA with lots of friends from MD & NY - ALL were very impressed and thrilled about the quality of food, etc.  Your "B" crew is far from "B" ratings - definitely "A" caliber, easy to 'work' with, kind, and very professional.  It was exactly what we wanted - a low-key 'picnic' with little or no effort on our part so we could enjoy the day socializing with our friends.  They delivered!

I really appreciate you scrambling to get a crew for us since you had already booked yourself elsewhere.  Thank you, and THANKS again.

It's been over 5 years since you've catered our wedding at Medieval Times, but I just wanted to write and tell you that our friends still talk about the wedding, and the great food and service you provided for us on our special day.  My only regret is that I've not had more than a couple opportunities to refer people to you, because I truly feel you are the best catering organization in NJ, period.  If you ever need a testimonial, we would be happy to provide one.  Again, thanks so much.   Joe and Suzanne Stevenson

Despite the awful monsoon conditions (2.6 inches of rain in 2 hours) -- obviously the weather forecast got it wrong -- all the guests agree it was a wonderful affair and the food was delicious.  It was a little scary ordering through the internet (I did not know if you really existed).  Your detailed instructions were excellent and made for a fun, if wet, afternoon.  You and your crew worked hard to make my wedding a success.  Thank you.

Thank-you so much for everything. It was definitely the best food I or any of my friends have had at a BBQ. Everybody called the next day to say what a good time they had and just went on and on about how good the food was. You and your staff were wonderful. Cant wait until I plan another BBQ. The rest of the party was great...you had rave reviews!!!! My daughters and I love to have parties with lots of great food...and this one was the best!!!  Thank you for making it so memorable.  You were phenomenal...you left no stone unturned and all the little extras make all the difference.  Thank you for the great pics...
