My 16' Cargo trailer is already loaded with the gear you need.    I'll bring it and deploy it all in support of your party.     I'll assist you to the greatest extent possible, from planning, to setup, to cooking, to serving, to breakdown, to cleanup.    You "Bring-Your-Own" Consumables.    (Food, Beverages, Ice, Paper goods, Plastic ware, tablecloths, sternos, etc.).        

This is an economical option for those hosts who want to keep expenses low, yet insure the job comes together correctly.       This is the perfect option when guests are willing to bring all the food, pot-luck style...but the gathering place is not outfitted properly.   Perfect for family gatherings.    Also perfect for events where the headcount is unknown, or it's in an unusual place like a Stadium or in a field out in the middle of nowhere.   

This is also a great option for other caterers who would like to leverage my equipment for their event.   I can even arrange for additional manpower (Cooks, Cleanup help, Dishwashers, servers, etc).

The most recent example of a "Bring-Your Own" event.  Phanphest 2.0, Oct 11-13, '03

In October '03, an up-and-coming music festival promoter friend of mine hired EPPO to bring catering support equipment to manage the provided food for about 150 attendees of a small music festival held in Manchester, NJ.   (Click over to http://www.phanphest.com to see more PhanPhest2.0 pics).    Several Local NJ-based bands played throughout the weekend on a 60 acre property, while people camped onsite.   This event was strange because I went into it not knowing if there'd be 120 people or on the high side, 420 people, so menu decisions were made on the fly, based on the emerging budget.    We served Burgers/Dogs/French Fries, had a big pasta dinner, Salads, and a few light breakfasts....and managed people's home-brought food items over the course of the weekend.    We also facilitated individual cooking needs with the onboard oven mounted in the trailer.      This was a tough job since the budget was thin, there was no running water, and several other curve-balls were thrown at us.  (Including allowing 'Juggling Suns' to set up under the foodservice party canopy during a drizzle).    But it all worked out due mostly to the tireless efforts of the event's staff, and various volunteers.   Everyone had a blast, was well fed, and kept their smiles.      This is a fine example of a "Bring-Your-Own" event, but an even finer example of a StRaNgE Event..
