Have a Production Team that needs to be fed for the day?     An all day Outdoor Music festival?  A Photo or Video Shoot?    Need to cater to the artists??    Someone to manage the Hospitality Suites?   Give me a call!   This is fun stuff for me.   What I Live for.

A Recent Example of what we can do (Pictured Above):

On June 6th, 2003, I worked for Create-A-Vibe Productions to cater for the bands/ production crew for an all day Outdoor Music Festival at Waterloo Village, Stanhope NJ.    [Reid Genaur & The Assembly of Dust, New Deal, Umphrey's McGee, and the headliner, moe. ].      Breakfast for 40, Lunch for 70, and Dinner for 110 was provided.   We catered the band's dressing room which entailed fulfilling a complicated contract "rider" list to include supplying bus provisions for the band's overnight road trip to the next city.  We handled various special services, including the post-show food for the stacks & racks guys (Lighting and Sound Specialists.).        We also provided light catering (Chips/Drinks) to the VIP tent.....       To facilitate this job, almost all equipment was put into play, including both of my cargo trailers, the pigroaster, and a rental reefer trailer from Smitty's Ice. (Chester Area).

The festival was marred by unrelenting rain all day, but due to the hard work of Create-A-Vibe, production staff, and a commitment by the bands to carry on, the festival did not get cancelled.   Professional foodservice continued, largely due to my owning an internal frame 20x20 party canopy, 2 EZ ups, various tarps, poles, ropes...all of which combined to allow us to continue to feed everyone without rain-induced interruptions.    In fact, the foodservice HAD to rise to the occasion, because there was more time for the crew to eat!

I'm proud to say that everyone seemed genuinely happy with the foodservice....
